How do I access my account after registering?
To access your account, click on the “My Account” tab at the upper left side of the site, then enter your email address and password when asked to do so.
In your account, you can:
• Check the status of an open order
• View previous orders
• Edit your account information
• Amend and save shipping addresses
What forms of payment are accepted on the website?
We respect all major credit and debit card companies (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Isracard) and PayPal.
How safe is your website?
Credit payments are processed by Tranzila – a leading payment gateway in Israel using the international Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to securely process Internet transactions.
PayPal payments are processed directly by PayPal.
In any event, we do not store any private information about your payment method on our servers.
I don’t have a credit card – can I make a purchase on your website?
Yes, you can use a debit card or pay through PayPal. Contact us or visit the PayPal website for more information.
How do I know that my order has been accepted and is being processed?
Check your email (as well as your spam folder!) for a confirmation email from us. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you directly.
We usually process orders within one working day. As soon as we have confirmation that payment has been cleared, we will get your order on its way through an international small parcel shipping service.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once you’ve placed an order and received our confirmation email, you can at any time check its status by visiting the “My account” page on our website. You should see one of the following three statuses:
• Pending review: Your order is currently being reviewed by a member of our team.
• In progress: Your order is approved and is being sent to you.
• Completed: Your order has been sent to you.
How can I exchange a purchased product or return it for refund?
Any product purchased on the Anjaly website may be returned /exchanged within 14 days of the date of receipt, except for products on sale, which must be returned with seven days.
If you wish to return a product, please first email us at email@example.com. Please state the order number and the reason for the return.
