shipping policy
We send our goods through a courier company. For orders above 100 EUR shipping is free of charge. For orders below that amount, the cost of shipping is 10 EUR. Note, that if any import duty or customs charges apply in your country, you are liable for such payment.
The actual exchange rate on international orders is determined by your credit card provider or bank and may differ from the exchange rate shown at the moment of purchase.
We will provide the international tracking number so you know exactly where your order is and when you can expect it to arrive.
Please carefully check that you have entered your full address, postcode, contact phone number and email address before you confirm the order. If possible, select a delivery address where there is someone available during working hours to accept the delivery.

Where delivery of your order is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, courier company issues, strikes in your country, import delays, you can always contact us and we will endeavour to assist if at all possible.
